Are you sending your clients personalised mail?
Hi [NAME]
Last week I sent you 10 reasons to do email marketing, I hope that that has inspired you to update your database and start regular contact with them. This week I am showing off a very simple html email template that I designed to make these emails a little more interesting.
ABOUT THIS MAIL
This personalised email has been sent to you, [NAME], and everyone else on my mailing list. All from the back end of my website (cheap and easy). Imagine the impact that it could have on your business if you were sending out relevant and visually stimulating emails every week showcasing your current deals or just plain sharing great industry related information, what better way to show your clients that you are an expert and they can trust you?
What are you doing to keep in touch with your clients? Do you phone them? If so, how much? I bet you feel that you could and should be doing more in this area. Well you can! Its never too late to start and if you do it properly you will start seeing results right from the first email.
Still not going to start email marketing?
Not to worry, I was you a month ago! BUT then the little light switched on and I sent out my first mass mail. Maybe you received it I am promoting stuff This little email brought in 3 new jobs in one day!!! Not only that, this email reminded an old client of mine whom I haven't spoken to in over a year that I am still in the graphic design business and secured me some work in the next two months.
Without even trying I secured a client that was going to seek assistance elsewhere!
No matter what line of business you are in, every single client of yours has an email address and if your content is good and well thought out, 7 out of 10 people will actually appreciate hearing from you once in a while to keep them up to date.
Just a formality - If you are on this mailing list and are not sure how you got here, it is because you 1. subscribed 2. are my friend 3. are a client of Execucor 4. There has been an error of some kind. If so, there is ample opportunity to unsubscribe, simply go to www.websitecreate.co.za and unsubscribe (right hand side). I truly apologize for any inconvenience caused...
